CLASS TYPES

While the programming alternates throughout the week, the workout is the same for every class during the day.

Functional Strength

Functional Strength is focused on quality form while building muscular strength necessary for performance/athletics, overall health, and aesthetics.

Strength & Conditioning

This class is a combination of strength and varied intensity conditioning.

Maximal Effort Conditioning (MAX)

High intensity training meant for athletes: work hard and rest! You can guarantee two things: 1. You will almost always be on a team for this class. 2. You need to make sure you get plenty of food and hydration in your system within 48 hours prior.

Endurance

Build, increase and enhance your cardiovascular endurance.

05

Yoga

A combination of vinyasa (flow/movement), hatha (intentional holds), and mobility work to strengthen your body, mind, and soul.
