WHAT IS ASSEMBLE? 

We are a community of coaches and athletes concerned about optimizing our health and performance while living our lives to the MAX. We train athletes from the age of 12 past the age of 72.

OUR PROGRAMMING

Our programming is intentionally designed to efficiently produce health and performance results while prioritizing longevity and physiological resilience. Our programming varies intensity and movements throughout each week while prioritizing muscular strength, cardiovascular capacity, joint health, mental conditioning, and community.

OUR CLASSES

We provide functional strength, maximal effort conditioning, endurance, mobility, and yoga in our training throughout the week. In each class we provide demonstration and education to help each athlete continue to advance.

PHYSIOLOGICAL RESILIENCE

Resilience in aging is the ability to recover from or adapt to stress and maintain or restore one’s equilibrium. We do this by training these key components: muscular strength, cardiovascular capacity, joint health, mental conditioning, and community.

EFFICIENT. EFFECTIVE. SUSTAINABLE.

We care about producing results in the most timely manner, but never at the expense of longevity. Athletes want results, not injuries.

COMMUNITY

Our community is strong because the connections are real. The connections within Assemble have been built upon collective hard work, and also honest conversations involving humility and true authenticity. ​
