WEEKLY SCHEDULE

INDOOR SHOES – Please bring a separate pair of clean shoes to wear inside the building.

MAXIMAL EFFORT CONDITIONING – This is one of our most exciting and intense workouts! Expect to push your limits and leave feeling accomplished. However, if you are brand new and haven’t used the machines before, we recommend starting with another class to get familiar with them before diving into this one. 

FUELED, NOT FASTED – We’re not a workout for the fasted. Peak performance requires proper fuel, so make sure you have quality nutrition and hydration in your system in the 24 hours leading up to power your session.

ASSEMBLE ACCOUNTABILITY
For any member who late cancels less than one hour before the start of class, no shows, or signs up late, a penalty fee is incurred. If there is no one signed up for class 24 hours prior to class time the class will be removed from the schedule.

CLASS TIME SUGGESTIONS
Our current class times are based off of the requests from our members, if our class times do not work for you and you would like to submit suggestions, please send us a message. We are happy to add a time if you have a group of people who will attend consistently.
