HELPFUL TIP
Once you look at the ‘FUEL FOODS’ page below, make your own list with four columns:
Protein | Vegetables | Carbohydrates | Fats
Under each column, put 3-5 of your favorite options (if you like more than that, then by all means list as many out as you would like)
What you have now done is created a list that is specific to you - these foods can be turned into cooked meals, salads, smoothies, soups, etc.
Nutrition doesn’t have to be hard, we just have to learn ways to make it easy and sustainable.
